Melvin K. Silverman, Esq. brings over thirty years experience to clients in the areas of intellectual property litigation, patent infringement, domestic and foreign patent prosecution, copyright registration and trademark registration and prosecution.

Prior to entering the legal field, Mr. Silverman worked with Bendix and The National Aeronautics and Space Administration on the development of inertial guidance systems for the NASA Saturn Apollo Project.

Mr. Silverman is a Registered Patent Attorney with a B.S. degree in Engineering from Columbia University and is admitted to the New Jersey State Bar. Mr. Silverman was an original member of the litigation team with Johnnie Cochran and Willie E. Gary, in the 2000 landmark case of All Pro Sports Camps, Inc. vs. Walt Disney Company.

Mr. Silverman is currently with the fimr of M.K. Silverman and Associates, P.C. maintaining offices in Florida and New Jersey and specializing in Intellectual Property matters and related litigation.
